Haitians For Progress Gala, Saturday, April 28

BROCKTON--South Shore Haitians United for Progress, or SHUP, will host its annual fundraiser dinner gala, Saturday, April 28 beginning at 8 p.m. at Lantana's in Randolph.
 Donations and sponsorships will allow SHUP to continue providing job readiness, ESOL, and computer training, and other services. Entertainment will be provided by Taboo Combo and other entertainers from the Haitian community. Dr. Paul Farmer from Partners in Health will be the master of ceremonies and Dr. Hermide Mercier, (pictured above) also of Partners in Health, will be the guest of honor.
